For the salad
In a pot, boil the beans for a while (10-15 minutes).
Pour off this water and put them back in cold water.
Boil them over low heat until the beans are well cooked.
Towards the end, add the salt, turn up the heat and let them boil a little longer.
Place a portion of drained beans on a plate, and add chopped fresh vegetables from the above.
Add lemon and olive oil and mix.
