Penne with smoked salmon and fresh Philadelphia cream cheese with garlic and herbs
Mix the Philadelphia with the milk and put the mixture in a small saucepan, on a low heat for 2'-3'.
Cut the salmon into smaller pieces and add it together with the vodka and chives to the Philadelphia mixture.
Mix them for a few minutes until the sauce starts to thicken
In the meantime, we have boiled the pasta, drain it and mix it with the sauce
