Penne with smoked salmon and fresh Philadelphia cream cheese with garlic and herbs

Ingredients
  • 1 pack (500 gr) pennies
  • 200 gr smoked salmon
  • 2 shots of vodka
  • 6 kout tablespoons of fresh Philadelphia light cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of fresh milk
  • 2 tsp chives, finely chopped
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
Implementation
  1. Mix the Philadelphia with the milk and put the mixture in a small saucepan, on a low heat for 2'-3'.

    Cut the salmon into smaller pieces and add it together with the vodka and chives to the Philadelphia mixture.

    Mix them for a few minutes until the sauce starts to thicken

    In the meantime, we have boiled the pasta, drain it and mix it with the sauce
