Pumpkin pie

  • 500 gr zucchini
  • 1 cottage cheese or 120 g of feta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • Diosmos fresh or dry
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  1. Grate the courgettes in a colander, salt them and leave them to drain for a while.

    Drain them as much as possible and put them in a bowl.

    Add the rest of the ingredients except the olive oil and mix.

    Grease a small pan (the size of a tart) with olive oil and add some flour.

    Put the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
