Grate the courgettes in a colander, salt them and leave them to drain for a while.
Drain them as much as possible and put them in a bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the olive oil and mix.
Grease a small pan (the size of a tart) with olive oil and add some flour.
Put the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
