Lentil salad

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of lentils
  • 1/2 cup of rice
  • 1/2 cup of corn
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 green or red pepper
  • 1 onion
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Parsley
Implementation
  1. Boil the lentils, rice and corn separately and then drain them

    Cut the vegetables into cubes and mix them with the lentils, rice and corn, add the vinegar, olive oil, salt and parsley.

    Leave them in the fridge for 2 hours to set their aromas.
