1 package of low-fat Philadelphia cream cheese or Domokou katiki (200g.)
1 yogurt (200 g)
120 gr oat cookies
1 kout tablespoon of powdered sugar
Jam of your choice, preferably raspberry, strawberry or sour cherry
Implementation
Grind the cookies with your hands, mix with the hand whisk, the cheese, the powdered sugar and add the yogurt until it becomes a smooth mixture
Setting up
Divide the biscuit into 5 glasses. Place the yogurt and cheese mixture on top of the biscuit. Place the mixture of yogurt and cheese on top of the biscuit. Mix the jam of your choice with a little water and put 1 tablespoon on top of the cream cheese or you can put a spoonful of sweet of your choice or a spoonful of fruit sauce.
